Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Students,

It’s been an honour and privilege to be the First Principal of DPS Amaravati Lam, Guntur a world class school established with effect from 01 July 2019 in a 10 acre verdant land on Guntur –Amaravati Road and to work with our gregarious students, excellent staff, enthusiastic parents and more than forth coming, our trustees who constantly strive on accomplishing our core values of providing global education steeped in our rich Indian educational traditions.

Excellence is a way of life for us and we are committed to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will empower students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners prepared to thrive in the Challenging environment of twenty-first century. We appreciate each of our students as unique individuals with different talents, interests, needs and learning style, at the same time ensure their emotional, social and academic development on the whole. In our effort to inculcate the best International learning and teaching practices we collaborate with Maple Bear, Canada ,George Watson college, Scotlanda longside DPS Society New Delhi with updated CBSE curriculum . The practical experience of learning enables our children to leave our school daily with positives of either something in the hands, minds or in hearts.

In John Hattie’s words “teachers should build classroom climate where errors are welcome, student engagement is the norm, questioning is high and students gain reputations as effective learners “, we boast of our faculty who practice the same on a daily basis as well as encourage boys and girls grow strong not only in academics but bring character, positive attitudes, talents and interests to various fields such as sports, music and cultural activities.
